Time to Hike !!!

This spring my #1 recommendation is to get out there and explore the plethora of hiking options in the Northern Berkshires.  The lack of snow this past winter has left the trails very dry, excellent for hiking.  The cooler weather this time of year lends itself to working up a sweat without overheating.  Things are starting to bud early and the sunny weather is a welcome change.  Mt. Greylock has a zillion options, the Appalachian Trail, Hopkins Forrest and the Taconic Crest Snow Hole are some of my favorites.  All within a few miles of Berkshire Hills Motel.
